Nutrition is like a defence for ultra-marathoners. You need to have options for folks, because people are going to come to you with a variety of different diet approaches. I 100% do not believe that we have a preferred dietary protocol for races as long as hundred miles. Thereare so many other variables that all so impact. And taking an honest look at whether the person can fuel enough give in their current dietary programming or if they need to their macro nutrients in a way to minimize the amount of feeling they need to do.
