Mik ok ron makes a great point. I've been looking at this all the wrong way. He's got a three step process to the value conversation, which i think is brilliant and works really well in your space. And just make sure that you understand what it is the customer is trying to achieve. So if you're not going a price based on labor and effort in the billable hour, what should i be doing? Well, if you price, if you follow value pricing, you price the customer. That's why i've been through 12 of you people. Why did you fire so many landscapers? I'm absolutely bored with my yard.
