At least 40 push-ups, at least 20 pull-ups with perfect form. At least 30 dips. This is what I feel is the best ratio of the basic. Then from there you can decide if you want to improve the repetitions. It depends on the goal that someone wants with weighted calisthenics. How do people know if they're doing the right amount of weight and sets and reps? Well, it depends by their maximum effort during one set. And when you feel really at your peak, one sets to the maximum.
