Power Lifting at Forty Five

We have a question from joe. I'm almost forty five years old, and weigh around two, 15 to 20 most of the time. In my younger days, i had a pr of a four, 25, touch and go dead lift. Two years ago i managed aa, four o five, single, no lift off competition paws. The same day i took four, 30, just for giggles, no lift, paus, and i got off the chest. So dis bench press, but only three or four inches. My short term goal is four, 30 for a lifetime. P r, with an ultimate goal of 500. But seems pretty impossible at this point.
