When Did It Catch for You?
When did you start to see that these principles of being nice and treating people with love, when did it start to make that little chiching sound? After I got out of college, I went to work for a CPA firm. And I guess that's where I built my high treat people and how I feel about people. But again, until I got into this restaurant business, it just took me to another level because I could see good food, good product, good service, knowing your customers,.Knowing your employees, you can see it in ourselves. It's not about money. It's about relationships and having fun and being proud of what you've accomplished.
