Is Your Hip Flexur Owning You?
In the 20 21 crossway games this past year, they had one event that was 30 toes to bar, a mile and a half run, and then another 30 toes tobar. So watching that event also brought me back to just how important the hip flexurs are. We really need to take a step back and say, hey, is my body able to do this to day, or am i asking too much of it? Because if we're asking too many of it, and you continue on, it's going to let you know by popping up with an injury. You can easily tell the difference when some s running, if they're owning the ground, of the grounds owning them
