Most people initially get motivated to lose weight or improve their appearance because there' somethin about themselves they don't like. The problem with that is self hate, although avery it's a very powerfu short term motiveator. So instead think, i'm going to take care myself. I deserve to be taken care of. I deserve To be healthy. And when you approach your diet from that studpoint, by the way, this works perfectly with adding healthy food versus taking foods away, right? You're thinking pro health rather than anti fat, anti obese, anti whatever. It's pro health, pro care. And it just feels better.
