The ultimate goal of beafar is to use lighter weights to trick the brain into thinking that it is exercising at a more rigorous level than it actually is. Lifting heavy will always be the most effective method to gain strength. You cannot rely solely on b f our training with light weights and expect to break your part on the back squad. But when used appropriately, b fOur training does allow us to maintain strength in hypertrophy during periods of injury and rest, and to also boost recovery for healthy athletes. So i hope you ill have a better understanding of bf or training and how and when to apply it.
