Should Agile Coaches Always Play on the Field?
I think it's preferable from an empathy perspective to be able to empathize with the people that you're coaching and helping. My entry to Scrum was literally reading the Wikipedia article about Scrum. I didn't even do the course when I first started experimenting with it. So I think just experience with trying agile ways of working and helping teams and leaders is important.
