One of the things that you can watch for is feeling calm in a moment where you might normally feel overwhelmed and tense. We are essentially operating in a state of constant reaction before we do any type of inner work at all. So as changes begin to take place in those areas of your life, it's gradual. And so whenever you begin to notice these things, they kind of sneak up on you in an interesting way.
