The Relationship Between Guilt and Shame

Shame is a negative emotion that will impact our harts or variability, but shame in particular has the biggest effect. People who are experiencing shame have a bigger drop in their hearteverability than when they are experiencing anxiety. If we train our ability to self regulate, if we prove our ability to be resilient in the face of strong emotions like shame, then we will iprove our ability to function on the daily basis.
