When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do? For me, it's most often liven by walk in my mood. The number one thing i do is just go to the gim or go for he run. I found it like recreation. So worst case, am just moving time around simily. And at least assuming ou feel kind of ok about that, which i do, then that's very reassureing. If someone were to write a history of my last few years, they probably wouldn't talk about this day. It's like, i've got a little bit in the bank there. Kind of cashed thoughts that iv found helpful.
