When you're working with an athlete, I'm finding more and more they're really familiar with this concept of some sort of period I period I was training or some sort of key. So cyclists there's so many different phases of a training cycle that you would go through and focus on. You can do exactly the same with your diet when you'reworking with them and match up with what they're doing.
