The Importance of Institutional Design in Leadership
There are a lot of people, perhaps like a large majority of people who are just a design constraint. If you don't have good institutional design, how are you going to filter? You can't filter without good institutional design because the institution will be taken over by people who want to use different filters than you. On the level of a society, I think that you need to make sure that you actually teach people right things and create a culture that doesn't change too much from time to time.
