And that actually is a wonderful model and sometimes can solve a lot of problems because sometimes an owner will have a second in command that's been there forever. So we've been able to play a role to say, hey, we've vetted the second in command person. We feel comfortable with them taking on a CEO role and we're going to facilitate this.
