Stepping in as CEO of a Portfolio Company
Three of our businesses are actually run by people who were in the business before who have been elevated to a CEO role. And that actually is a wonderful model and sometimes can solve a lot of problems because sometimes an owner will have a second in command that's been there forever. So we've been able to play a role to say, hey, we've vetted the second in command person. We feel comfortable with them taking on a CEO role and we're going to facilitate this.
