Opportunity for ADA Membership and Study on Weight Management for Type 2 Diabetes Remission

This chapter discusses a time-limited opportunity for new members to join the American Diabetes Association, along with a study on intensive weight management for type 2 diabetes remission. The study found that 56% of participants achieved diabetes remission with a mean adjusted weight loss of 8.1% at 12 months.
