How to Talk to Your Team and Be Relative

Don't speak like Charles. If you tell somebody something and their head starts to tilt, you're speaking like Charles. We want to sound super smart, but sometimes we just also have to be relatable. Sometimes the super smart is super easy because of who you're talking to. Do tabletop exercises with your team? You know, like what happens if Charles is hit by the bus? But I hear like, do a tabletop exercise and say, okay, you're going to talk to Charles. And it might even be better to find somebody that we know would love to participate in this conversation that we know fits the criteria of mom or dad.
