Dopamine is a hormone that drives the effort for us to do something. It's different compared to serotonin, which is a hormone of like happiness and feeling good inside of your body. So if you either not take a bath, for example, it's very nice. Even though food increases dopamine, like the good feeling you have in your stomach gives you serotonin.
