Creativity, we didn't used to think it was trainable. It's very trainable that we sort of now know. And flow massively amplifies creativity and divergent thinking as well. So those things are super trainable and you can definitely get more of them. We're born with all kinds of crazy neural connections and they prune back and prune back in the early years of our life. That study is sort of erroneous in where it leads you because your creative skills don't sort of atrophy over time. You're just not using them as much. And you're not. Most jobs teach us to think convergently,. But I think that started to change a lot.
