After the faster study was done, I took it easy for a few days because of the muscle biopsy more or less. And then by the time I got around to feeling good enough to do any type of intense session, it had probably been four or five days and I'd stuck to fairly strict ketogenic diet. And I did like a 12 by 400 meter workout without bringing back any carbohydrates for that. And it went great. But you kind of get in this weird area where you could potentially deplete your muscle glycogen in a workout or get close to it. So some of those glycogen studies be really cool to see,. especially if they're including like lactic threshold type work
