We were born into a pure state of awareness and being. And then we have this conditioned mind you can almost look at as like play dough or clay that is constantly molding and evolving and shaping over time. We also do this to ourselves, the language we speak to ourselves during the day. If I'm consistently saying I'm so depressed, I'm so tired,. I am repeating a neural network that's firing a network in my brain. When I consistently repeat that thought, over time, I am forming a very cohesive narrative, a very cohesive story or belief about myself. So yes, there is this great impact of our conditioning over time that gets cemented. Though thankfully for anyone hearing
