Consciousness Practice - Is There a Difference?
We're interpreting all of the emotions that have been housed in our bodies suppressed below the surface. And then we're applying that through a filter and making meaning using what we're feeling in our body to assess what's happening. So as we become conscious that all of this is happening, that we do tell ourselves the same stories, we interpret our life the same ways by turning our attention to what's happening here and now. Now we can extend into the possibility of, wait a minute, this might not apply as assuredly as I thought it did to my current circumstances.
