The Bounce Clean Is a Technique to Cycle the Barbell
On the bounce clean, you keep your torso vertical. You wait till your arms get straight and then you try to use the momentum of the barbell. It is a technique to cycle the barbell at light to moderate loads really quickly if we're doing something for said time. So while it's a technique, I don't think it's something that's optimal inside of an affiliate.
