Warming Up Is Not a Bad Idea

The purpose of warming up is to prepare yourself for the workout to come. Some people can take minimalism too far to where it becomes an end unto itself. It's not uncommon to see elevated blood profiles in lifters, especially those who eat a lot of meat and have a bunch of muscle mass. The estimated glamer filtration rate (GLR) has gone down by about 1%. We talked about how that affects our ability to lift heavy weights.
