Are You Working With Stakeholders?

I think having those sort of inner actions helps keep it personal in ways that's useful. I've been in meetings with my boss, and i've been presenting, but the stakeholder than addresses my boss when he wants to ask a question, rather than me. And you feel a little bit devalued. So i think if you leave people to themselves, they will rise up, answer those questions. And then, of course, you have the fee back afterwards to go through that so certainly.
