When people are more kind and compassionate to themselves about changing habits, they can revert back to the good new habits quicker after the downtime. So really kind of firstly making the assessment of what is the best time for this habit is very important. A lot of people aren't very good at exercising in the mornings. And if somebody wakes up and doesn't want to go because they struggle in the mornings with energy levels, maybe going in the morning is not the best timefor them either.
