I think there absolutely there will be some individuals who are kind of more vulnerable to anxious issues around what they should or shouldn't eat. The issue is that people might be entering into dietary patterns that might be depleting their brains of essential nutrients without knowing. It's kind of an issue of informed consent eat how you like but know what you might be missing out on so that you can look after yourself.
