The Benefits of Exercise and Aging

Exercise and aging is something that we keep sort of interchangeably, you can't really talk about exercise without talking about weight. Having a safe and healthy weight loss is probably good for most older people. But what's very clear to us through our research is that I would, you know, exercise is really the key to do superimposed with the weight loss. It maintains muscle mass and it improves your mitochondria function in the context of weight loss.
