Is There a Delusion That You're Not Getting Anywhere?

I made quite a bit of progress like I mentioned with the J curl and some of these other weighted movements and unweighted movements but there are some that just would not they wouldn't or didn't feel like they were progressing at all. Then about a month ago when I was overseas I did a stretching workout and it seemed like almost overnight everything had leapt forward like 30%. "It's just the body adjusting it'sjust the body retooling the body things are progressing," he says.
