Do You Really Need a Prediction of Mental Burn Out?

The readiness score is a black blockd black box system that only the engineers there understand. If you're asking your f how you feel, and that's an imput then why does the readiness score even matter? i think we might be able to actually predict mental burn out because of physical burn out, or vice versa. And not to say that you have to measure everything, but i just, i think more information, yes, data to knowledge to create wisdom.
