How to Control Negative Emotions
When fear strikes, ask yourself once and only once, what can I do to solve the problem? If the answer is nothing, then there's the answer. Get some exercise. Sign up for a workout class or go for a head clearing jog. Or join a small group in a Christian churchor any church. Physical activity reduces stress, anxiety both in the moment and the long term. During your sweat sessions, you want to practice mindfulness. Tune into the physical movement of your body that it's experiencing as you're breathing. This way, you'll have a conscious train of thought that does involve worry. That, my friends, will take off your life... worrying can destroy us. Constant
