Runners Training - Is Zone Two a Good Thing?
Every endurance athlete that has been at a high enough level enough to be tested, has that much in zone one. Zone two is more of a free for most people because it's not coming with mechanical risk. In zones four and five you go mostly easy, some moderate and a very little bit hard. As we're going morento hal athletes actually train, they're spending a lot of time in zones three and lo zone four rather than pushing zone four and zone five.
