With transparency, it often triggers reciprocity. If the other side is its not being as forthcoming with information, oftentimes, if you are transparent and you provide a little bit of information that doesn't hurt you, they learn from that. And so it's that transparency that is also a tool, that is an information gathering tool during these conversations as well.
