How to Calculate Training Zones in Swimming
In swimming, there are ways to calculate training zones. But I like using paces specific paces which are based around CSS. The pace becomes slower with a certain amount of seconds per 100 meters. For 95% of listeners to this show, you won't be able to hold an aerobic capacity pace for longer than 25 meters. That is not something that is trained a lot in swimming.
