Do You Feel Like Crap All the Time?
If you are a top level athlete and you're 22 years old, unless you're really tired or you were really drinking a lot last night, your mitochondria are probably doing okay. The ones who don't have early onset dysfunction still have room to improve. And I think it's an important point for people to recognize that,. You know, because there's the idea of the cheat day, which is just setting yourself up for failure, honestly. It doesn't work. But so the cheat day doesn't mean self destruction.
