I think like Alan's kind of painted there. There are so many different scenarios when it can come up that I feel like my thoughts are very much dictated by the individual presentation and what you're getting. How can I help this athlete's mental health and their longer term relationship with food and their psychological reference point? If I can make a win on that perspective, I think that's really impactful for the long term. So if an athlete came to you with this question, how would you think about reframing it to something maybe more constructive or helpful to them?
