Lactate Testing

I don't use lactate testing as much as i did. I think we've seen now a remarkable correlation a between the heart the accuracy of the hart rate drift test when compared to a good metabolic efficiency test or gas exchange test on a tread mill. For a world class athlete, i usually do an hour long arobic or susbe anerobic, or a second lacate threshold test. My preference is to do those tests in the field with sort of time trial effort. So if you want to determine, say, how fast can i run for an extended period of time, maybe it's 30 minutes, you decide you want to use 30 minutes. And so this is
