Do Something Nice for a Stranger
When you feel depression and sadness creeping in, the easiest way to fix it is by doing for others. Keep yourself busy. Let people be vulnerable so that you can be vulnerable with them. If you're not reaching out to other people, you can't expect them to reach out to you. It's just a season. You're going to get through it. And there's nothing that can lift depression and sadness the way doing something for others and just being busy does.
