The hardest thing about building software is figuring out what to build. How does generative AI help us with that? That's a great question, and I don't think we know that yet. At the end of the day, cleverness has never been the most important thing. In fact, it's often overrated. And so for the foreseeable future, I think that we need to not just make the decisions, but ensure that we have the detail that we needs to make money.
