The Industrial Revolution and Cheese

The Industrial Revolution really changed things because it mechanized a lot of these processes that had been kind of what we would consider artisan handcrafted. So eventually, colonists brought cheese and cheese making pretty much everywhere that people were colonizing. Cheese traveled with everybody because apparently a lot of people loved it then. And it's a very valuable food source.
