What Are Some Red Flags?
If you're not having fun, then adjust that somehow. Hum and whate your definition of fun might be different than mine. Have a little fun with it. Talk to your trainor get a new trainer. Whatever it takes um and you want to be having some sense that you're getting somewhere. You will iv know when when you're working with e diffitness professional, you're goingto feel better. And i would rather be a big red flag for me. So i think again, depending on your goal and near the level of intensity you have regarding your triathlon and cyclic you should be having fun.
