Mike: You got to be careful with quantitative goals and goal setting in general. I think you need to be a little more informed about what you're doing and intentional. We kind of just default back to like that one personal trainer course we took in like 2006, he says. He was shocked to find out that smart goals really came from like the corporate management world. Mike: There's actually research on this going all the way back as far as preschoolers or kindergarteners can get ethics approval now.
