How to Slow the Breath
Long, deep, smooth in breathslow release with the outbreathnot discontinue any controlling of the breath. If it feels like a strain, then it's fine to have it. You might notice where it's easiest to feel the breath or may be most pleasant. Might be at the nostrils, the inflow, out flow there.
