Brain Health Boosting Recommendations

Dr. Josh Turkman: A critical determinant of brain health is how you use your brain and how you stimulate it. Education early in life could be some kind of rehabilitation neuromuscular training after an injury or dancing as you get older to prevent cognitive decline. The most important thing I think is understanding that your brain can always improve from a function and health standpoint. You just have to give it the environment and the stability less to do so.
