W hery: It must take a particular skill set to get that deep into people's thought processes. I would say, more awareness than skill. People can learn the skill in four weeks. And when you can get there, everybody tells me, i is like nothing they've ever done before. The idea is to let the person lead it. They kind of transform into a speaker, into another human. We don't have a list of questions. We're just there to understand that person. W hery: What happens is that a persoon who's a speaker starts to feel that this person is really hearing them. and it's a pretty amazing experience.
