A little bit will take you a long way so if you raise your heart rate and then you relax it's that relaxation which benefits you the most. Work then rest work then rest is the cycle that's going to benefit you the most in terms of health but don't swallow don't let your couch swallow you. You've always been fairly healthy but I know you're also very conscientious of and very present to your body so in the last few years have you started meditating regularly? Have you personally knows now what health benefits there are from meditation for you? Do you do any special exercises or rituals when you go out walking with friends at night, such as group exercise sessions where you just walk
