I'm not taking a single Multivitamin I've got him in my diet as a backup if you want to take one take one great but I'm not taking one. The research out of Harvard showed that that Multivitamin supplementation did not improve it didn't too much of any yeah life span or or all cause mortality so But the Harvard research scientist that conducted this study says I take one just for safety sake, right? So whatever that may be but I don't think that's a priority You can't use that as an excuse for not eating spinach or not eating oranges or not eating daily carrot or not having a potato Or not having chicken stock.
