The New Year's Resolutions?

We all want to start the year off on a great note, for that reason. Do you actually think thet more people mayh exercise at the start of the year? We definitely do see kind of spikes in in movement, particularly january. Hopefully we're doing our jobs for cleaand people are getting out there an enjoying moving each day. A ten minutes stroll is better than nothing. Small steps inevitably lead to big steps.
