How many independent advisory firms are actually going to be sold to more of a strategic buyer, versus how many youre just going to transition through an internal succession plan? Wy: The vast majority are agoin in transacting with a third party, an external transaction. Those will likely be gobbled up by the local, regional practices, but i think the extra liminis definely go to dominate the landscape and report.
