The Mental, Emotional Side of Endurance Training
Mental, emotional side of endurance training is something that i struggle with. Some people say you should envisage looking at the finishing line,. imagining yourself crossing the finishing line. I don't think it's possible to do that. Em, i don't know that you can concentrate on the task in small doses for quite that long. So you probably have to distract yourself at some point somehow. It would be interesting to ask an athlete who will be able to tell us what they do.
